Costumes

Costumes are key visual component of our show and change year to year. Costume help could include design and creation but also can include costume coordination and inventory.

Equipment

All of the show equipment is stored in two small enclosed trailers that have to be transported to each show. This would entail using your own vehicle and arriving to the trailer location earlier on show days to hook up and arrive to the show location for our unload time.

Fundraising

Fundraising is an important part to help offset enrollment costs. This group of people would work to plan and organize fundraiser events throughout the season.

Prop Creation

A key visual component of our show is the props we use to elevate it. Each year new props are created to fit the show theme. Prop creation could include construction of large items, painting items, etc. to make sure they are ready for show days.

Show Day

On show day, it is important to have assigned people to help with moving equipment and props. This includes before the show, during the show, and after the show. Those that volunteer to help move equipment and props during the show are required to be present at the rehearsal prior to show day.
