ABOUT US
We are a competitive performance ensemble that competes in the Michigan Alliance for Performing Arts circuit. The group was formed in 2002, as a means to provide students, ages 11 to 22 years old, an opportunity to further their skills in percussion at a competitive level. The group has sense grown to include battery, front ensemble, and guard.

Mid-Michigan Impact was a huge learning experience for me, as it was my first introduction to indoor drumline. In my three seasons with the group, I grew tremendously as both a performer and a person with the help of the welcoming community & the dedicated staff. It helped push me to keep improving my skills and was a very important step in helping me reach my goal of earning a top spot on a University Snare Line.
